The Foundation
Born From
a Simple Truth
Like God Not God was born from a simple truth: humanity was created in the image and likeness of God.
Before mankind was ever given dominion, responsibility, or rulership in the earth, God first gave man His image. Identity came before dominion.
We believe many of the struggles in life begin when we forget who God is — and who we are in relationship to Him. Jesus came to restore that understanding.
The New Testament describes Jesus as "the image of the invisible God" and "the exact representation of His nature." He showed us perfectly what life looks like in relationship with the Father. Through Christ, we are reminded not only of who God is, but who we were created to be.
The First Truth
Like
God
God is Father. Jesus used the word "Abba," revealing both intimacy and relationship with God. As Father, God is our Source and Sustainer — life comes from Him and is sustained by Him. We do not source ourselves.
As His children, we were created in His image and likeness to reflect His nature into the world through love, creativity, wisdom, stewardship, truth, and dominion. We were designed to reflect Him.
The Second Truth
Not
God
While we were made like God, we were never meant to replace Him. The fall in Genesis was not mankind wanting to become like God — God had already created humanity in His likeness.
The fall was mankind reaching to be God apart from Him. Defining truth apart from Him. Ruling apart from Him. Living independently from the One who gave us life.
What We Stand For
Like God Not God exists to hold both truths together. We carry His image, but He alone is King. We were made to reflect Him, not replace Him.
True dominion is not found in self-exaltation or independence from God. It is found in alignment with the Father who created us and sustains our being.
Our apparel is designed to serve as image wear — simple reminders of identity, humility, truth, and God's Kingdom influence in everyday life.
